They don't want you to know the REAL reason Social Security is in trouble, But I'm going to tell you anyway - by Robert Reich

Found here. Our comments in bold.
-----------------------------

One can be sure that if a leftist is going to explain something, it will not be accurate, it will not clarify, and it will not be intended to impart information.

That's because leftists like Dr. Reich are only interested in The Narrative, that is, the talking points and bumper sticker slogans promulgated by Central Command. The Narrative is circulated throughout the media landscape every day, and leftist writers, commentators, and news operations dutifully regurgitate it.

So Dr. Reich pretends to be a truth teller, but he's simply doing his duty to repeat The Narrative, spouting agitprop in service to The Agenda. The Agenda is the dismantling of the system. The system, being racist, unfair, and hurtful to the worker and minorities, must be replaced.

But in actual fact, none of these issues are important to the Left. They are simply excuses for advancing the leftist dream. So, nothing you will read below will be true, accurate, logical, or helpful.

Dr. Reich is a calculating liar. He's sold his soul to The Agenda, and that is the only reason he supports Social Security.

Bernie Sanders: The Public Should Own Half of the Big A.I. Companies - By Scott Baker

Found here. Our comments in bold.
------------------------

After reading this, our conclusion is inescapable: Socialists are dumb. Stupid, dim, cognitively impaired, idiotic. Period.

Socialist Bernie thinks that the government should own 50% of AI companies, so he intends to simply take it. That's right, he wants the government to just help themselves. On what basis? He wants the government to redistribute the profits. And the author of the article admires him.

Truly dumb.

The Battle to Defeat Climate Change: The Dumbest, Most Incompetent War Ever Waged (With More at Stake Than Ever) - By Bernard Starr

Found here. Our comments in bold.
-----------------------

The author of this ironic yet colorblind complaint about the lack of progress regarding climate change tries to understand why there is a supposed lack of global organization and central command structure within the climate change movement.

He must be unaware of the
Actually, the author doesn't have a problem with the climate change effort or its organization. In reality, he doesn't like the fact that everyone is not on board with The Agenda.

The Agenda is the underlying continual effort to move the U.S. in particular, and the world in general, to replace or overthrow their governmental systems that do not coincide with one-world government, which which would be Socialism.

Climate change is simply a convenient issue to further the Leftist goal of implementing Socialism.

Power is the real goal. Centralized, global power. The unquestioned power over peoples' lives, decisions, religion, finances, and even children. The implementation of a system of government responsible for the deaths tens of millions of deaths.

The Left don't care about the climate. They care about power.

American Conservatives Are Disgusting Frauds - by Caitlin Johnstone

Found here. Our comments in bold.
-------------------------

We've examined Ms. Johnstone in our blog before (Here, here, and here). She is reliably doctrinaire Left, and she is the worst kind: A producer of substanceless screeds designed only to gin up hatred. She provides absolutely no specifics, documentation, or identifies any conservative. That's because she's not writing to inform or explain. She's here to inflame, to demonize and isolate an imaginary target. This is what Leftists do.

In actual fact, it's the writing of a junior high student.

Why Isaiah and Jesus Sound Like Marx (Again) - By Mike Rivage-Seu

Found here. Our comments in bold.
------------------------

We have had one previous opportunity to examine this author, and he did not fair well.

He pretends to be a sober commentator on religious matters, cloaking his presentation in Scripture references and a scholarly veneer. But in actual fact he is a political leftist who interprets the Bible and Jesus through a progressive lens. This of course creates all sorts of problem, since Jesus was in no way a Socialist.

We need to be clear about the reason the author writes: He did not write to explain, clarify, or provide information about Jesus or Christianity. His purpose is to reinforce The Narrative. The Narrative is the leftist talking points disseminated all over the media landscape. They become sacred truth through endless repetition and withering criticism directed towards those who disagree.

The reader would do well to understand this.

Bozeman's Democratic Socialists of America chapter works to fill gap in community food resources - Bozeman Chronicle

Found here. Our comments in bold.
-------------------

Socialists and Leftists believe that government should be the source of all compassion, like providing food, housing, income, healthcare, and cell phones. They think government is necessary because people will starve and freeze to death without government.

The Chronicle thinks that this Socialist food giveaway is newsworthy, but churches and charities have been doing this for decades and centuries. But suddenly it is important when Socialists start doing this themselves. Perhaps this is why the Chronicle did this report, because it was so unusual that a Socialist would do such a thing.

Clearly the Chronicle and these Socialists don't get the irony of them stepping up to meet needs out of their human compassion. It likely feels very strange to them, exciting and innovative, but it's exactly what conservatives do every day, personally meet the needs of those who are less fortunate. They give of their time, money, and labor for the sake of those less fortunate. They do this without coercion, without regard for government programs, and solely motivated by human compassion.

We welcome these Socialists to our side.

What Democrats Must Pledge to America - Ten ways to make America more affordable - by Robert Reich

Found here. Our comments in bold.
-----------------------

Dr. Reich isn't even a Democrat, he's a progressive, a Bernie socialist. But he has advice for Democrats, the ones who most closely align with his totalitarian tendencies. And that advice is to do more of the same. Increase taxes, alienate and divide people, and most importantly, tear down the System in order to replace it. He wants them to go even more Left with the exact same strategy.

So everything on this list is old news, old agitprop, the same things that the Left has been complaining about for decades. In our view, it's astonishing that their rhetoric continues to work on people. Even though we no longer have capitalism because of the incremental installation of Socialism, and haven't for a long time, capitalism is always to blame. And people seem to buy it.

It's tried-and-true, by the book revolution. That's what Dr. Reich wants.

Six Ways Zohran Mamdani Can Make New York City Affordable Again - by Kiren Gopal

Found here.
----------------

New York City is a textbook example of repeated leftist intervention into the economy. These interventions have yielded the current destitution that is NYC. Having endured decades of Left wing governance, the city is falling apart, unlivable and unaffordable.

So what does the author propose? Even more of the same. Astonishing.

Crowdsourcing a. 50-year Progressive vision - By Rob Kall

Found here. Our comments in bold.
--------------------

This is a mind-numbing list of Leftist pink unicorn cotton candy fairy tales. The author could have saved us a lot of time by simply telling us that he wants to overthrow the System and install Socialism.

On one hand he wants free everything, but also wants to eliminate the wealthy, which is the source of funding this nightmare. He wants local governmental autonomy and central federal control. He wants free speech and conservatives silenced. He wants the elimination of authoritarianism, using authoritarian means.

It's a child's vision, naïve and puerile. "Everybody gets all the chocolate they want." It's a beauty queen's ambition. "I just want world peace." It's Rodney King's "why can't we all just get along?" It's touch toes, hold hands, and Kumbaya. It's John Lennon's "Imagine" playing 24-7 on a radio you can't turn off.

The author thinks that these "1001 Things To Add To a Country" can be be incrementally installed (as has been the Marxist strategy for the last 100 years), but no country or society could survive this. Even a country as large as the US would soon teeter under the weight. Besides, even though Socialists are a pretty patient group, the young upstarts will inevitably call for revolution, bloody if needed, when the Socialist Old Guard takes too long to install the Worker's Paradise.

We don't expect the reader to read all of it. We were barely able to ourselves. But we do note that the author was somehow able to miss a couple of significant things:
  • Free cars
  • Free weed
  • Free cell phones
  • Free lobster and prime rib
A little more seriously, we should notr the author mentions nothing about vacations, art, music, or athletics. Not a peep about space travel, transportation, wind farms, solar, or even any mention of electricity.

Lastly, we note the author uses the term "progressive" 29 times but never defines it. We find it odd indeed that hoary old ideas like these are "progressive" in any sense of the word. Progress implies a continual improvement and a brighter future, not looking back to dead Socialist tyrants and their ideas for totalitarianism and genocide.

Dr. Martin Luther King Would Approve of Zohran Mamdani - By Dr. Lenore Daniels

Found here. Our comments in bold.
-----------------

The agitprop is strong in this one, Obi-Wan.

With nearly impenetrable prose, the author goes on and on about her caricatures, liberally employing well-worn Socialist tropes and bumper sticker slogans in a vain search for a coherent thought.

Remember, this woman has a PhD.

The Nation Interviews Zohran Mamdani - by Katrina vanden Heuvel and John Nichols

Found here. Our comments in bold.
--------------------------

Less than 30% of Democrats voted in the mayoral primary. Of those, 43.5% voted for Mamdani. So 12.9% of New York Democrats voted for Mamdani.

56% of registered voters in the city are Democrats so 7.2% of city residents voted for him.
New York City has a population of 8.2 million. Of those 432,305 or 5% voted for Mamdani.

But he's the Left's new hero. He's somehow got a mandate to do even more of what has caused New York City's problems. His agenda as a Socialist perfectly matches the agenda of the Democratic Left, the only difference is that Mamdani openly admits his Socialism while Democrats run away from it.

Today's article is a fawning interview by star-struck Leftists designed to facilitate The Message. The Message is the daily talking points distributed by Central Command to the talking heads, opinion writers, and Hollywood. The Message has one purpose, to advance The Agenda. The Agenda is the dismantling The System, i.e., the American culture, way of life, and the constitution.

So you read below will be nothing more than The Message.

Rescuing Faith from Capitalism: A Theological Response to Project 2025 - by Mike Rivage-Seul

Found here. Our comments in bold.
---------------------

This tarot card-reading "theologian" wants to tell us what the authentic Christian faith is. Really. Amazingly, while proclaiming another Jesus, he is somehow able to simultaneously determine when someone is being heretical. His theology is identical to the Left's political agenda, and his presentation is brain-dead bumper sticker Leftist slogans.

As is typical for Leftists, the author does not write to inform or explain, he writes to serve The Agenda, which is the overthrow of the system. It has nothing to do with any form of Christianity, because it is a political agenda, not a faith agenda.

Thus, as far as there being a "theological response," there isn't one.

How to root out Trumpism What happened and what must be done - by Robert Reich

Found here. Our comments in bold.
----------------------

Dr. Reich is up to his usual shenanigans. He rails against big business and billionaires, but gets confused as to who advocates for what and who is the bad guy.

As usual, Dr. Reich is reinforcing The Narrative in service to The Agenda. But this time he argues himself into a corner, unable to articulate why Trump is bad for doing the same things Bernie Sanders was advocating for.

It's really a incoherent mess. This is worse than usual for Dr. Reich.

The Enduring Influence of Marx’s Masterpiece - by Wendy Brown

Found here. Our comments in bold.
-----------------------------

This is nearly 4800 words, a diarrhea of Marxist jargon.

Perhaps not apparent to a casual reader, the author is dealing with a book entitled "Capital," which appears in the text with a capital "C." It's also appears with a lower case "c" along with "capitalism," but neither word is clearly defined by the author.

But none of this matters. There is absolutely no information contained here. Nothing is explained. Ideas are absent.

Thus there is a veneer of intelligence and scholarship in that the author uses big words and long sentences, but it's really only so much nonsense to the average reader. This may be what saves us from Marxism, its proponents are unable to articulate the tenets of their faith, and its salespeople are unwilling to honestly explain their advocacy of a system that has killed millions.

We only managed to get about 25% of the way through this pedantic, impenetrable spew of nonsense.

My Generation’s Best Chance Is Socialism. You don’t need a $200,000 college degree to know when you’re getting screwed - by Sarah Leonard

Found here. Our comments in bold.
-----------------------

As is typical for Socialists, the author understands neither Socialism or capitalism. She makes blanket pronouncements and grand generalizations about things she does not know about.

She is convinced that Socialism supplies her answers and capitalism causes her problems. She has no idea how or why for either and cannot explain.

Debunking Myth #7: America is socialist - BUNK! - by ROBERT REICH

Found here. Our comments in bold.
------------------------

Dr. Reich doesn't explain what Socialism is, but yet he is able to make mention of many government programs that are Socialist in nature. But the purpose of the article is to claim that America is not Socialist.

Dr. Reich seems unable to put together a procession of ideas. In fact, he explains absolutely nothing.

This article is a logical nightmare.

How Inequality Was Redefined as “Poverty”—Letting Capitalism Off the Hook - by Adolph Reed Jr.

Found here. Our comments in bold.
---------------------

The actual title of this article should be, "How Poverty Was Redefined as Inequality." But in actual fact the author does not explain how inequality was redefined as poverty. He doesn't explain how capitalism was let off the hook, or even mention it.

In fact, in nearly 1000 words he doesn't explain anything.

The author seems unable to assemble a coherent narrative. He spews out words at a prodigious rate with the seeming objective of causing confusion and obscuring meaning.

Capitalism Is A Giant Scam - by Caitlin Johnstone

Found here. Our comments in bold.
--------------------

It's inevitable that when anti-capitalists/Socialists/Marxists talk about capitalism they will get it wrong. We would suppose it is ignorance borne of indoctrination, or it could be deliberate. If it's deliberate, that would be the typical modus operandi for them, a technique called agitprop.

Agitprop is rhetoric designed to amp up resentment and discontent towards those who are better off than you. The objective is to cause the proletariat to rise up against the bourgeois and overthrow the system. The overthrow of the system is The Agenda, and agitprop is The Narrative, which serves to implement The Agenda.

The author wants us to think that cheating, overcharging, and manipulation are features of capitalism, but in actual fact they are violations of capitalism. Capitalism is simply the voluntary, legal exchange of value.

How To Explain Socialism Clearly In a Way That Actually Persuades People - Comedian and writer Danny Katch

Excerpted from here.
--------------------

This is a long, boring, unenlightening conversation between two Socialists patting each other's back. Neither of them are actually able (or perhaps willing) to accurately explain either Socialism or Capitalism, instead relying on well-worn tropes and bumper sticker slogans. This isn't surprising, since the very title of the article suggests that there is a way to sell Socialism.

Socialism doesn't sell, so Socialists sell something else. They sell class envy, greed for other peoples' money, and a utopian vision of peace and goodwill to everyone because government will give us everything.

Socialism is a religion for the irreligious.

In any case, there is little that interests us here, with the exception two things. One, the irony of a Socialist selling his book about Socialism...

"Danny Katch is the author of the most accessible and entertaining existing introduction to socialist ideas, Socialism…Seriously"

...and two, Mr. Katch's definition of Socialism and Capitalism:

“Socialism is a society whose top priority is meeting all of its people’s needs, ranging from food, shelter, and health care, to art, culture, and companionship. In contrast, capitalism only cares about any of that basic human necessities stuff to the extent that money can be made of it.”

Let's spend some time unpacking these errant definitions.

The Right to a Window Should Be as Fundamental as Freedom of Speech - by Nathan J. Robinson

Found here. Our comments in bold.
---------------------

1220 words written about requiring a right to a window. Seriously. Lacking the ability to think clearly, Mr. Robinson prattles on and on. Reliably loquacious, he substitutes volumes of words for reasoning, as if a barrage of language means intellect. It reads like satire, but when it comes to leftists like Mr. Robinson, we know they have no sense of humor. So we must assume he's actually being serious.

Constitutionally speaking, there is no justification for his position, but Mr. Robinson doesn't bother with the constitution. Nor does he even posses a rudimentary understanding of it. This is the most troubling thing. The Constitution was written to create, define, and limit government. It does not create rights for The People.

The powers of The People pre-exist the constitution, which they delegate as they choose via the constitution. The 10th Amendment makes this clear:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Power is delegated to the government by what's contained the constitution's provisions. If the power isn't delegated, the government can't do it. Other powers are reserved for the states, if the state constitutions delegate them. If powers are not delegated to the federal or state constitutions, then the people retain them.

Thus there can be no right to a window, because the constitution doesn't create rights. Otherwise, the current fashion, the feelings of the majority, or the winds of culture would determine what people have a "right" to. And once the camel's nose is under the tent, there is no end to the rights that can be created out of thin air. For example:
  • A Caribbean vacation is good. Boom - it's a constitutional right.
  • A new car has substantial benefits. Shazaam - it's a constitutional right.
  • A 5000 square foot home clearly is better than a tiny apartment. - Ta-daaaah! Constitutional right.
Last thing: The seriousness with which Mr. Robinson writes about this is concerning. However, we have learned that when it comes to socialists and leftists, what they advocate is seldom important to them. Gay rights, racism, sexism, the poor, or everybody having a window, these things are irrelevant. They are simply convenient. Excuses. Smokescreens.

As we have mentioned in other posts, leftists have one goal in mind: Promulgate The Narrative in service to The Agenda. The Narrative is the talking points and bumper sticker slogans issued every day by Central Command, which appear simultaneously all over the media landscape.

The Agenda is the dismantling of the system. The system is oppressive and evil. The system is systemically racist. The system needs to be replaced. The Agenda is to install Marxism.

The Narrative always has the goal of advancing The Agenda. Since Mr. Robinson is a self-admitted Socialist, we must consider this article a being part of The Narrative.
