I posted this:

Yet another example of finger-pointing, no outrage ensued...

That's governor Bobby Jindal, FYI.

S.B.: I think you're more outraged over the outrage, Rich. Nobody I know actually took the whole affair seriously.

Me: A quick google of "Brewer finger" yields these:
"A photo of the tense conversation has gone viral..." http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/01/26/jan-brewer-the-talk_n_1234774.html

"The photo everyone has been talking about..." http://video.msnbc.msn.com/nightly-news/46155603/#46155603

"...giving the president the finger is frowned upon, no matter which finger it happens to be." http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/compost/post/arizona-gov-jan-brewers-finger-pointing-problem/2012/01/26/gIQAJOyIVQ_blog.html

I'm sure that nobody you know took it seriously. I don't know how long the list of "people you know" might be, but it just so happens that the whole left wing media erupted in cries of "disrespect" and "racist."

S.B.: Rich, you know as well a I do that much of the "controversy" comes from pundits and commentators who are PAID to be outraged. I'm talking about real people, who are not promoting their blogs or their books or their radio talk shows -- I honestly don't know any of my liberal friends who give a rat's ass over the whole affair -- they might have gotten a chuckle over it, but most shrug it off as good political theatrics by Jan Brewer -- but if you want to be outraged, I can't stop you. Enjoy.
Me: Scott, from the time of my original post I have been talking about the bias of the media. If you want to talk about "real people," fine, but that isn't the subject.

And Brian Williams isn't a commentator.
